What is VISA-on-Arrival? A document which is issued on the spot to a tourist who once arrives at the destination for travel purpose only. Visa-on-Arrival procedure? How it goes: 1. Once you arrive at the destination. 2. You head towards Visa counter (or in some countries the visa-on-arrival process is carried out at Immigration counter). 3.
